Mandatory Arbitration & Limitation of Liability

By using CellieBro™ by InmateLegalMotions.com™, the User hereby agrees that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of, or relating to their use of this website, including but not limited to any claims of fraud, misrepresentation, negligence, breach of contract, or statutory violations, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Las Vegas, Nevada, in accordance with its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules & Procedures.

1.Waiver of Court Proceedings

The User expressly waives any right to bring or participate in any lawsuit in any federal or state court. The arbitration shall be the User’s sole and exclusive forum for resolving disputes that are in any way related to this website.


2. Arbitration Process

  • The arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator from JAMS Las Vegas, Nevada office.

  • The arbitration shall be conducted remotely unless both parties agree otherwise.

  • Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs.

3. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, CellieBro™ by InmateLegalMotions.com™’s total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be strictly limited to a refund of the amount paid by the User for the service in dispute. Under no circumstances shall CellieBro™ by InmateLegalMotions.com™ be liable for any known or unknown, seen or unforeseen indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

CellieBro™ by InmateLegalMotions.com™ further hereby expressly disclaims liability for any third-party actions, including but not limited to User misuse, technical failures, legal interpretations, or decisions made by government agencies, courts, or correctional institutions.


4. Governing Law & Finality of Arbitration


This Arbitration Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. The arbitrator shall apply Nevada substantive law to all disputes, and any arbitration award shall be final and binding on all parties and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.


5. Severability

If any provision of this Arbitration Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

2. Proceso de Arbitraje

  • El arbitraje se llevará a cabo de forma remota a menos que ambas partes acuerden lo contrario.

  • Cada parte asumirá sus propios honorarios y costos legales.

3. Limitación de Responsabilidad

Bajo ninguna circunstancia CellieBro™ de InmateLegalMotions.com™ será responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, consecuente o punitivo conocido o desconocido, visto o imprevisto.

CellieBro™ by InmateLegalMotions.com™ además renuncia expresamente a la responsabilidad por cualquier acción de terceros, incluyendo pero no limitado al uso indebido del usuario, fallas técnicas, interpretaciones legales o decisiones tomadas por agencias gubernamentales, tribunales o instituciones correccionales.

4. Ley Gobernante y Finalidad del Arbitraje

Este Acuerdo de Arbitraje se regirá e interpretará bajo las leyes del Estado de Nevada, sin tener en cuenta los principios de conflicto de leyes. El árbitro aplicará la ley sustantiva de Nevada a todas las disputas, y cualquier laudo arbitral será definitivo y vinculante para todas las partes y exigible en cualquier tribunal de jurisdicción competente.

5. Gravedad

Si se determina que alguna disposición de este Acuerdo de Arbitraje es inaplicable, el resto permanecerá en pleno vigor y efecto.
